Made for complex movements, the BOSU® NexGen™ Pro Balance Trainer is designed with a patented non-slip, dually over-molded base meant to withstand continual commercial gym usage.

With a textured dome and 4 quadrants to help with grip and positioning, this BOSU® Trainer allows for precise body position and cueing while working on cardio, agility, strength, core, balance or mobility exercises. Enhancing grip while working out for both hands and feet, the textured dome increases safety.
