Can I just thank you for the superb service I have just received from Scott Medical. I passed my Ultrasound head to you at 10.40 AM, it needed checked and a new cable attached. I could not believe it when you rang 2 hours later to say that one of Scott Medical's engineers would leave it into my place of work within the next hour.

Thank you so much for such prompt and efficient customer service, it is in very short supply nowadays

Thank you so much for getting back to me re my e-mail. It wasn't until I had sent the e-mail that I noticed Scott Medicals address. I realised your company was practically on my door step. Suffice to say, I called in yesterday evening and a charming young woman was able to help me out. I then took the NT4 over to the hospital and the Physio programmed it for me. I bought my first piece of electrotherapy and medical supplies from Scott medical about 8 years ago and I found their customer service and friendliness fantastic then as I do today. I just simply wouldn't buy my equipment and supplies from anyone else. As a practice owner now it is essential that my equipment is kept in top condition for use on patients and I rely on Scott medical for this.
