I’ve been using Scott Medical as my main supplier for quite a while, and they’ve consistently impressed me with how quickly they respond and how helpful their advice is. As a sports therapist, I rely on having the right equipment in my treatment room, and they’ve always guided me well.
I had an issue recently where my shockwave machine suddenly stopped working. I called Scott Medical and within 30 minutes an engineer was at my clinic. They diagnosed the problem immediately, let me know it needed a new handset, and arranged a replacement on the spot.
Their service has been exceptional from day one, and they continue to be a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Can I just thank you for the superb service I have just received from Scott Medical. I passed my Ultrasound head to you at 10.40 AM, it needed checked and a new cable attached. I could not believe it when you rang 2 hours later to say that one of Scott Medical's engineers would leave it into my place of work within the next hour.
