1. Prep and clean the skin before applying the tape with an oil free make-up remover, toner or light serum. Be sure not the use anything with oil or a moisturiser, since this will make not make the face tape stick well.
2. Apply the tape without stretch to a pre-extended area of the skin
3. Rub the tape on well to improve and activate the adhesive layer of the face tape.

If you want to remove the tape: Remove it in the opposite direction of how you applied. You should be able to roll off the tape easily. If it does not come off, try using oil. This makes the face tape come off easier.

Several areas are affected in the skin with face tapping:

• Moisture removal is improved. The lymphatic drainage causes things like edema and bags under the eyes and surgery fluid.
• Regeneration process of the connective tissue is stimulated.
