PHYSIOPACK® REUSABLE HOT & COLD PACK
This reuable hot and cold pack can provide relief from pain and muscle stiffness. It can be heated in a microwave or cooled in a freezer.
COLD: Cold therapy can be used to help reduce swelling with injuries that affect muscles, tendons and ligaments. Which can reduce the risk of an oedema or development of muscle stiffness.
HOT: Hot therapy can increase blood flow, elasticity and plasticity of collagen fibres - reducing pain. It can also relieve symptoms caused by conditions such as muscle hypertonicity and rheumatoid arthritis.
Product features and design benefits
Precautions A cotton towel must be placed between the patient's skin and a hot or cold Physiopack® to avoid skin irritation. Care should be taken not to overheat in the microwave. Do not heat the product over 100ºC.
