The Moy Park Belfast City Marathon is set to take place on Sunday, 4th May 2025. If you’re taking part, we’re sure your training is well underway! Incorporating some of the tools below can enhance performance and may reduce injury risk. Here are some recommended items to consider:
Foam Rollers and Massage Spiky Balls
Foam rollers and massage spiky balls are essential recovery tools that help with self-myofascial release, alleviating muscle tightness and soreness.
