GRADUATE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

SCOTT Medical is seeking a graduate Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a technical background who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction and working independently and as part of a team, on the road and within our workshop.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a range of medical equipment across various customer sites. The position is based at our Lisburn office but requires regular travel throughout Ireland and the UK. Applicant must be based within NI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair a wide range medical equipment on locations
• Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions
• Document service visits and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with the office team to coordinate site visits and service reports
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support and communication

Requirements:

• HNC, HND, or Degree in either Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland and the UK

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Lisburn based office (Travel throughout NI and Ireland with some overnights)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience (company vehicle provided)

You may be the ideal candidate to become a SCOTT Medical Sales Representative to leverage your clinical expertise to educate and sell our innovative range of healthcare products to clinics, hospitals and professionals in the field. Physio, Podiatry, GP and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and rehabilitation specialists.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics and private practices.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and presentations to potential customers.
• Provide expert advice on how our products can improve patient outcomes.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and advancements in rehabilitation and assistive technology.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
• Ability to translate clinical knowledge into effective sales strategies.
